Peach Days

This weekend, Covey and I went up to Brigham City with my dad to go to their annual Peach Days.  My dad was putting his restored '72 Chevy in the car show and we decided to make a day of it.  Mostly, we looked around at all the cars there.  They had a record breaking show with 1,065 cars entered, which made it the biggest car show in the state!  After a while, all the cars started looking the same, which meant that it was time to go look around the booths up the street and find some peach cobbler (of course).  We also met up with our friend, Kayla, who is from Brigham and was visiting her family for the weekend.  By the end of the day, our feet were tired and we were too, but we'd had an all around good day. :)

Driving up to Peach Days

Can you see the face in the flames?

I thought this car looked like an alien.

I would love to own this car!

And this one too!

This was the sign that we saw on most cars.  Too bad we couldn't touch them.  They were so pretty and shiny!

This is my dad's '72 Chevy Cheyenne Super.  He bought it back in 1987, started restoring it in 1993 and finished it in about 1999.  He's been adding to it here and there since then.  He loves to enter his truck into car shows.

Double Cheeseburger.  And yes, I ate it all.  In one sitting.  Are you impressed?
